If you are seeing this it means that it has been longer than twelve months since you completed a class and your account has been inactivated. In order to resume classes here is what you need to do:
1. Send an email to the Dean with the following details:
- A brief explanation of why you allowed your enrollment to lapse
- Why you want to be re-enrolled
- What changes you are making to ensure your enrollment does not lapse again
2. Pay the re-enrollment fee below.
Once the Dean has reviewed your email you will be contacted with a decision on your re-enrollment application and instructions on how to proceed.
